The terms that govern access to the site, service usage, linking, user submissions, and liability limits.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AceAppLab's Website, located at aceapplab.com, and for services requested through the Website, account dashboard, order flow, AI consultation flow, support flow, and related communications.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website or requesting services and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to AceAppLab LLC, 8709 Primrose St. Buffalo, NY 14221. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. "Services" include content writing, SEO content writing, blog writing, website content, press release writing, web design, AI readiness assessment, AI model evaluation, LLM evaluation, AI content evaluation, data quality audit, RLHF or human feedback workflow support, fine-tuning readiness support, billing, support, and related website functionality. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Services

AceAppLab provides writing, website, AI evaluation, AI readiness, data quality, billing, and support services. Content and web services may be ordered through the normal order flow. AI Services are scoped through a separate consultation or project process unless We expressly provide another written process for a specific engagement.

You agree to provide accurate order information, clear instructions, lawful materials, and timely feedback. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publication, deployment, distribution, or business reliance. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel work that appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading, infringing, outside the agreed scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.

AI Services

AI Services may include AI readiness assessment, AI model evaluation, LLM evaluation, AI content evaluation, data quality audit, RLHF and human feedback workflow support, fine-tuning readiness support, reporting, and related recommendations. AI Services are professional review and support services. They are not a guarantee that an AI system, model, dataset, output, or workflow will be error-free, compliant with any specific law or regulation, safe for every use case, or suitable for production without Your own review and approval.

You remain responsible for Your AI systems, datasets, prompts, model outputs, business decisions, end-user disclosures, regulatory obligations, and deployment choices. Our reports, evaluations, findings, benchmarks, and recommendations are provided for planning and quality review purposes and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, security, or compliance advice.

You must not submit confidential, private, customer, patient, regulated, or sensitive business data through public forms, ordinary support messages, or the AI consultation form. If a project requires sensitive information, the parties should first agree in writing on scope, access method, confidentiality expectations, and any additional terms that apply to that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AceAppLab does not use Client Content submitted for paid client projects to train public foundation models or general-purpose AI models. If a project requires third-party AI tools, model providers, storage providers, or other technical services, You authorize Us to use those providers as reasonably needed to provide the agreed Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and any project-specific terms.

Orders, Payments, Bids, Submissions, and Revisions

When You submit an order, You agree to pay the stated amount and to provide the information needed to complete the work. Orders may move through statuses such as bidding, assigned, submitted, revision, completed, or cancelled. If the platform allows bids or assignment, acceptance of a bid or assignment of a contributor does not change Your obligation to pay for the order through the approved checkout or invoice process.

After delivery, You are responsible for reviewing submitted files and requesting revisions within the applicable workflow. Revision requests should include clear instructions and a reasonable deadline. Revisions may be limited to the original order scope unless We agree otherwise. Requests for new topics, new deliverables, substantial scope changes, or materially different instructions may require a new order, additional payment, or custom invoice.

Uploaded files, submitted deliveries, revision instructions, and related project communications may be stored in the dashboard for service delivery, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and business record purposes. You are responsible for keeping copies of files You need to retain.

License

Unless otherwise stated, AceAppLab and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AceAppLab. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AceAppLab for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from AceAppLab
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from AceAppLab
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from AceAppLab
  • Redistribute content from AceAppLab

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. AceAppLab does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of AceAppLab,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, AceAppLab shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

For purposes of these Terms, Comments and user submissions may also include briefs, order instructions, support messages, revision requests, AI consultation details, datasets descriptions, model summaries, uploaded files, feedback, and other Client Content that You provide through the Service. You represent that You have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to provide that material to Us for the requested Services.

AceAppLab reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
  • The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
  • The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
  • The Client Content You provide does not contain sensitive, regulated, confidential, patient, customer, or private data unless the parties have agreed in writing to an appropriate project-specific handling process.

You hereby grant AceAppLab a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, store, process, and display Your Comments and Client Content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide the requested Services, communicate with You, process payments and invoices, provide support, maintain records, and enforce these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of Your underlying Client Content to AceAppLab.

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
  • System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
